GCG1000型粉塵濃度傳感器是一種吸收、消化了國內外的測塵技術,利用給暗室里的游浮粉塵照射光源時粉塵的散射光強與粉塵濃度成正比的原理,將散射光的光強度轉換成電信號,從而計算出粉塵的相對質量濃度,再通過預置的參數值,可直接計算出粉塵的質量濃度。

GCG1000型粉塵濃度傳感器技術特點
1、額定工作電流小,大大減輕了分站電源的負擔,并可安裝在距分站更遠的位置,在額定采樣流量的情況下,整機額定工作電流≤120mA,zui大工作電流≤180mA;
2、輸入電壓范圍寬,可適用于煤礦井下各種分站,儀器在輸入電壓12V~24VDC(本安電源)的范圍內均能正常工作;
3、測量精度高:采用分段式控制算法,根據不同的濃度大小自動采用不同的比例系數計算,同時增加了溫度補償功能,提高了測量的精度;
4、具有自動校準零點功能,并可設置校準零點漂移的時刻;
5、具有軟啟動模式的功能,減小了儀器啟動時對供電電源的沖擊,zui大啟動電流≤130mA;
6、具有在線標定的功能,可用CCGZ-1000型直讀式測塵儀在線直接標定;
7、測量量程可根據需要設定為0-500mg/m3或0-1000 mg/m3;
8、可測量瞬時粉塵濃度或平均粉塵濃度,平均粉塵濃度的測量時間可在1~3600秒范圍內任意選擇。
